3zero3 Motorsports has worked diligently to form a quality team of passionate and knowledgeable professionals dedicated to providing our clients a better way to care for the cars we drive and love (German automobiles in our case). Following the standards promised in our motto “Factory Trained, Independently Motivated”, we have built a team of factory trained technicians complimented by a service consultants that live and breathe the Audi, BMW, Porsche, Mini, and VW Brands.

The 3zero3 team brings our factory training, expansive product knowledge, dedication to customer service, and over all desire to provide the best product out there under one roof where our clients are the real winners. You will not find a more personable group of people that genuinely have the client’s best interest in mind with any recommendations or suggestions that we have about the German automobiles we care for.

3zero3 Founder Scott Simpson

Scott Simpson

Founder and Service Consultant

Scott is the founding partner of 3zero3 Motorsports.  Coming from a family with strong ties to car racing, he developed an interest for cars early on.  In fact, Scott learned how to drive when he was just 11 years old.  His interest for European cars sparked when his friend got a MK3 Jetta. From then on, his passion grew deeper and deeper.
Scott is an Audi Academy Graduate, Audi Magna Recognition Master Technician, has attended Porsche technical trainings, and is ASE certified.  He also has experience as a World Challenge Touring team manager. He worked as a factory dealer technician before founding 3zero3 Motorsports in 2005 where he acted as the lead technician for 5 years.  With his extensive knowledge and experience, Scott now acts as a service consultant where he loves meeting people and building relationships.  Outside of work he enjoys being a dad, Formula 1 races, snowboarding, golf, traveling the world, new technologies, and growing raspberries.

3zero3 Partner Garry Wesselink

Garry Wesselink


Garry joined the 3zero3 Motorsports As an owner in 2009.  He is responsible for all of business operations and accounting aspects of the business.  He has always had a love for German cars and has owned many.  Outside of work he enjoys being a father to his two adult sons, snow skiing, and traveling the world with his wife of 33 years.

Favorite Car: Audi RS6 and Bentley

Chad Charlton

Service Consultant

Cars are in Chad’s DNA.  In fact, his first car ride was when he came home from the hospital in a Porsche 911! His roots run deep in European cars and loves everything about them from their styling to their performance.  He grew up in the garage “helping” his father work on his European cars.  Chad came to 3zero3 Motorsports with 13 plus years’ experience in service advising and managing. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, skiing, golfing, racing, and music.

Horace Hollinshed

Service Consultant

Horace has been around cars his entire life and rebuilt his first engine when he was 12 years old. He has been intrigued with cars ever since then. His love for European cars began when he got a VW MK II GTI. He appreciates the detail that European manufacturers put into their engineering.  He feels that this engineering raises the bar and sets the standard for all cars, no matter what class they are in. In his free time, Horace enjoys spending time with his friends and family. He would describe them as a renaissance group who enjoys sci-fi, cars, comics, and traveling.

Favorite Car: BMW X5, BMW E24, MK V VW R32, Alpha Romeo GTV

Technician - Matt Gannon

Matt has had a lifelong interest in anything automotive.  He became especially interested in European cars when he discovered the difference between a car that gets you from point A to point B, versus a car with great engineering that make the trip from point A to point B and absolute enjoyment.  Matt has over 13 years of industry related experience and is a factory certified Volkswagen technician.  He strives to be the best at his craft and continually trains to keep up on the new technology and tools in the industry.  He loves attending automotive car shows and test driving new vehicles.  He also enjoys snowboarding and new culinary experiences.

Favorite Car: Bentley Mulsanne

Independently Motivated: “I am independently motived to be the best at my craft. I am always training and keeping up on new industry technology and tools. By having a vested interest in the automotive repair industry, the customer can confidently know that their vehicle will be repaired correctly to the highest standard.”

Daniel Warren


Daniel grew up as an American car brand kid.  He always had an interest in improving the enjoyment of driving cars by giving them more power. It wasn’t until he first rode in a Porsche that he immediately knew the possibilities for power were endless. He feels that cars are like a giant 3D puzzle where everything works together but could not work alone without the other components or “puzzle pieces”. Daniel is Porsche factory certified and holds a Porsche Silver Meister Certification with over 10 years of professional experience. In his spare time he enjoys brewing beers, hiking and landscaping.

Favorite Car: European: Aston Martin DB5 American:1969 Camaro RS/SS

Independently Motivated: “I have always been driven to improve on what already exists whether it be engine horsepower, torque, or suspension. At 3zero3 I have more opportunities to do what I am passionate about!”

German Technician

Alex Jankoski


AJ believes that European cars are more thought out than the average American car. They are machines with no limits. In fact, he loves to push the limits of the original design and function of a machine to refine it and create something better than it was originally. AJ has over 18 years’ experience working around cars, most recently with exotic and German brands. He spent the past 5 years working on PCA and Ferrari challenge cars doing track prep for COTA. In his spare time, he enjoys rock climbing and pushing his own physical limits outdoors.

Favorite Car: Has yet to be built!

Independently Motivated:  “The motivation that drives me is cleanliness because when you care, it shows in your work. Working with exotic cars is what I do. Reverse engineering.”

Cody Mace


Cody believes that life is about the journey, not the destination and that you should enjoy the ride instead of just trying to get where you are going.  This is the exact reason why he loves European cars! The high-quality engineering, performance and durability of the cars make the ride enjoyable.  Cody holds a degree in Automotive Repair and has previously worked for 4 years in the industry in dealerships including BMW of Des Moines.  He is new to Colorado and enjoys skiing and camping in his free time. He also enjoys taking things apart and putting them back together to see how they work.

Favorite Car: VW Golf R, Ferrari F40, Porsche 918 – Anything unique, fast, and well-engineered.

Jessica grew up in the garage, helping her family build race cars. She has been a part of this industry her entire life.  She has over 20 years of experience working in the car parts world, previously working in an Audi/VW dealership and at Colorado National Speedway.  In her spare time, she enjoys Do-It-Yourself home renovations and spending time with her family.

Angela Yacovetta

Marketing Director

Angela joined 3zero3 Motorsports with 10 years’ experience in marketing and website design.  She brings a fresh look and approach to the website, social media, graphics, and overall branding.  She loves creating eye catching graphics that convey a clear message.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her 3 daughters and traveling.

Nik is a Graphic Design and Photography student at Colorado Institute of Art and is a German car enthusiast at the same time!  He believes that the attention to detail in European cars can’t be beat and that driving these cars is about the memories and thrill created, not about getting from point A to point B.  Outside of 3zero3, Nik enjoys photography, snowboarding, car shows, and canyon driving.

Graham Noyes

Shop Operations Director

Graham grew up in the garage with his father and uncle doing everything from full restorations of a WWII Willys Army Jeep to an engine swap on a Porsche 356. In fact, it was the performance of that Porsche 356 that sparked his interest in the world of European car performance.  He has spent over a decade in his own garage working on big build B5 S4’s and early 20 valve turbo Audis.  When he is not in the garage, he enjoys hiking with his dog, fly fishing, playing the guitar, and driving fast Audis.

Michael Bartholomew

Shop Assistant

Michael loves everything about cars from their design to performance. He feels the there is nothing more convenient than a well thought out automobile. He is especially inspired by Italian supercars like Ferrari and Lamborghini. Owning German cars himself, he feels is a way to attain the feel of a supercar as a daily driver. Michael enjoys Apple devices, martial arts and electronic music in his spare time.
